Emacs accessed through SSH does not show proper charactes in window
Issue
Running emacs accessed through SSH gives the following warning and all characters on emacs screen appear as boxes.
$ emacs &
[1] 4104
$ Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-courier-medium-r-*-*-*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-*" to type FontStruct
Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-helvetica-medium-r-*--*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1" to type FontStruct
