Availability of Server Script resource reported DOWN when Availability Output Regex is defined
Issue
- Test that a file exists
- Test that a file has the correct version
- When availability output regex is defined, resource availability goes down
- Regular expression fails to match
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1.2
- Script Server plug-in for JBoss ON
- Script server resource's availability output regex connection setting is defined with a valid regular expression
- The regular expression used contains a line boundary construct such as
^or$ - The script output for the availability check contains a line separator or terminator -- such as linefeed or carriage-return
