sftp command can't connect to external ssh server via ssh relay server.

Issue

• sftp fails with the following error messages when connecting to external ssh server by sftp command via ssh relay server, and it was not possible to connect it.

# sftp -oPort=9022 user@<IP Address> -v
Connecting to <IP Address>...
 user@<IP Address>'s password:  <== The password was input 
Write failed: Broken pipe
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
