Wrong option description for rhnpush command in Satellite 5.4 documentation

Issue

• "Channel Management Guide", section "6.2.1. Configuring the RHN Push Application", table "Table 6.2. rhnpush options", the "-c" parameter has the equal sign.
• This sign is only used with "--channel" option, not "-c".
