How can I simulate different SCSI errors to ensure my system copes with them?
I had an issue with my SAN. I have SCSI error: return code = 0x000d0000 in my logs. The code means DID_REQUEUE, yet the kernel was due to a bug not properly requeuing the command. How can I simulate the issue to observe the behaviour of my environment and Red Hat Enterprise Linux?
Does Red Hat provide and support code to insert errors into the SCSI stack?
