pcs booth ticket remove does not remove a ticket from the CIB

Issue

  • I removed a booth ticket from the cluster, but the services that depend on the ticket are still running.
  • A ticket is still in the <tickets> section of the CIB after running pcs booth ticket remove against it.
  • Running pcs booth ticket remove <ticket>, with or without revoking the ticket beforehand, does not trigger removal of the ticket from the CIB even after restarting the booth daemon on all sites and on the arbitrator.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 or 8 (with the High Availability Add-on)
  • Booth ticket manager
