Resetting user password in IdM interface doesn´t force user to change password on first login attempt

Issue

Admin has reset password for the user via the IdM WebUI, and the new password works fine, but the expected behaviour is that user should see the password change prompt on the next login. There is no button/knob/option in GUI that enables/disables this "forced password change".
