The process id keeps increasing when multiple person login to fabric

Issue

• We have our production environment on 6.2.1 R9 which is 3 fabric ensemble environment . Ideally when we just login to fabric server, we can see all the processing Id's.
• After that we login to fabric CLI, we can see a new process is created. So if multiple person logs in ,the process id keeps on increasing which in turn results in high cpu and memory utilisation. Is it an expected behaviour that for each user a new process id will be created? Could you please advice on this?
• Note: We have noticed the same behaviour with 6.3 too
