Does RHSSO supports IDP failover ?

There is a set up where RH SSO acts as identity broker for two IdPs (e.g. IdP A and IdP B). RH SSO redirect end users to IdP A by default since this is the main IdP. If user authentication fails with user not found or unknown user message at IdP A then RH SSO must redirect control to IdP B as fallback IdP Provider.
