Emulex HBA LPFC Driver not loading for one of 2 PCI HBA's (LPe11000) in RHEL 5 system

Issue

• There are TWO Emulex HBAs on this HP DL380 G5 Server.

• One of the two Links (on PCI bus 17) looks like it's flapping (link down event).
