Issue

When a HTML page submits a form containing non-ASCII characters, the data is turned into garbge when passed to the application.
We have an application that do an HTTP POST call to a java webservice the service returns a string that contains the custom separator § that is encoded in wrong way.How can we get the string encoded with the correct separator § ?
