HP server fails to boot, getting a Red Screen with Illegal Opcode

Issue

• Error occurs before loading grub
• System will not boot
• The boot process stops before the grub screen

• The error that appears on a red screen displaying an illegal opcode message as shown in the following:
  

• Disabled ASR in BIOS of HP DL 370 and now the machine fails to boot with the following error.
