Not able to authenticate as a AD user when ssh error : ¨internal module error (retval = PAM_AUTHINFO_UNAVAIL(9), user = 'ad_user') ¨ in messages file

Issue

• Not able to authenticate as an Active Directory user when ssh error : ¨internal module error (retval = PAM_AUTHINFO_UNAVAIL(9), user = 'ad_user') ¨ in messages file

• Some users are able to login. Some newly created users are not able to login.
• I created a new local user and that user can log in via ssh removed and re-added the locked user but that account can still Not login.
