Unable to create the list of images from undercloud

Issue

• When creating the list of images, adding CEPH images, it fails with an authentication issue.

• We have executed the same command in an environment without CEPH and the command works OK:

(undercloud) [stack@undercloud ~]$ openstack overcloud container image prepare --namespace=rhosp13 --prefix=openstack- --output-images-file /home/stack/satellite_images -e /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/ceph-ansible/ceph-ansible.yaml --set ceph_namespace=registry.access.redhat.com/rhceph --set ceph_image=rhceph-3-rhel7 --tag-from-label {version}-{release} -r /home/stack/templates/roles_data.yaml
