ActiveDocs (Swagger) 2.0 doesn't add the Scheme and Host in the Red Hat 3scale Developer Portal
Issue
Based on OpenAPI specification the Base URL is composed by the Scheme, Host and Base Path. Currently ActiveDocs is displaying only the Base Path.
