Openshift router issue: Failed to make webhook authenticator request.

Issue

• When creating a NetworkPolicy in OCP 4 to allow ingress traffic only from router and pods in same namespace, it works as expected when the router pods are scheduled onto worker nodes, but not if those are scheduled onto dedicated infrastructure nodes.
• All the pods in the namespace should be able to communicate with each other.
