What permissions need to be granted in Oracle DBMS for Satellite 5 to function correctly?

Issue

  • The user the Satellite server uses to connect to the Oracle database is in an "open" state. The Oracle standards say this account should be in a "locked" state. Please provide a justification for keeping the account open?

  • Please advice if "Execute privilege on DBMS_LOB" is needed, and if it is, why this is needed?

  • Stand-alone Oracle DBMS 11g
