NFSv4 share incorrectly shows some files ownership as nobody with HP-UX NFS Server

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

There are 2 users both added on the nfs client and nfs server, 'testing1' and 'testing123' for example. Both have the same user id.
When the ordering inside the passwd file doesn't match both systems, the idmap will translate it to 'nobody' instead of the user name:

NFS Client
root@s<hostname>:~ # ll /<nfs share path>/
...
drwxrwxr-x. 8 nobody nobody 1024 Jul 25 14:57 <file1>
drwxr-xr-x. 3 nobody nobody 96 Jun 3 14:52 <file2>
...

NFS Server
...
drwxrwxr-x 8 testing1 testing1 1024 Jul 25 14:57 <file1>
drwxr-xr-x 3 testing1 testing1 96 Jun 3 14:52 <file2>
...

Environment

There is client with RHEL6 installed and NFS server with HP-UX Operation System
