Settings in `/etc/sysctl.conf` are not being applied at system boot up in RHEL6.
Issue
- The settings contained in
/etc/sysctl.confare not being applied when a system boots. Those get applied when runningsysctl -p. - Do one need to do anything new with RHEL6 to enable the
/etc/sysctl.confsettings to be applied at boot?
