Cloudforms qemu agent prevents live snapshot

Issue

• The cloudforms appliance gives the following error when trying to take a live snapshot:

[root@kvm-host01 ~]# virsh snapshot-create-as --domain cloudforms --disk-only --atomic --quiesce --no-metadata 
erro:internal error: unable to execute QEMU agent command 'guest-fsfreeze-freeze': failed to open /var/www/miq/vmdb/log: Permission denied

• Another VM on the same host (Openstack undercloud VM with RHEL 7.7) is able to successfully complete the command:

[root@kvm-host01 ~]# virsh snapshot-create-as --domain undercloud --disk-only --atomic --quiesce --no-metadata
