Could not obtain ip address information with ipmitool lan print command

Issue

"ipmitool lan print" did not show IP address of the hardware management unit (BIOS). The command shows the IP address "0.0.0.0".

$ ipmitool -H xx.xx.xx.xx -U admin -P xxxxxx lan print
