lspci displays network interfaces but systool does not
Issue
- After an update from RHEL 6.1 to RHEL 6.4, some PCI devices are not seen.
- The system reports 8 NIC ports in
lspci, but only a few of the NICs are seen insystool - These devices worked fine on RHEL 6.1, and booting into the old kernel allows the devices to start again
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Upgrading from RHEL 6.2 (
kernel-2.6.32-220) or earlier to RHEL 6.3 (kernel-2.6.32-279) or later - nVidia nForce CK804 system chipset (optional)
