Infiniband does not load automatically on rhel6 kvm host

Issue

After loading the infiniband packages on a rhel6 host one needs to manually run:
```
modprobe ib_ipoib
modprobe ib_umad



ifup ib0
```

in order to get the infinband device to come up after reboot
