Why "must be string or read-only buffer, not None" error is returned when using WinRM?
Issue
When running the playbook with using WinRM, it is not able to connect to the windows hosts because of must be string or read-only buffer, not None error.
Environment
Ansible Tower >= 3.5
Ansible Engine >= 2.8
