Cannot see brocade specific plugin files for Neutron to work.

Issue

• We need below files under /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/quantum/plugins/brocade/ for neutron to work with brocade plugins. We cannot see them on a default Neutron installation. How can we make them available on our servers?
