Enqueue capacity threshold reached during qpid-perftest
Issue
When we run qpid-perftest with more subscribers, we get "Enqueue capacity threshold" error on the queue used for the perftest. See Diagnostic Steps for particular commands run.
Why is it so? How to resolve it?
