Issue

I'm trying to setup a local password policy for a Directory server user and it's not working.
I suspect the problem is that I need to setup ACIs to allow access to the passwordPolicy attributes.
I setup per-user password policies by clicking "Enable fine-grained password policy" in the DS Console under the Configuration->Data->Passwords tab. I then modified the password expiration via the IDM Console for the user.
