Reducing the size of the logs collected by rhevm-log-collector

Issue

• If a severe RHEV issue occurs and resolving the issue is a time-sensitive matter, the size of the log collector can delay the support process because it takes a long time to upload. Is there a way to reduce the time it takes to collect these logs and the size of the resulting file?
• In the case of large environment with many hypervisors, creating a full log collector takes a long and the collected logs are too large. This makes it difficult to upload those logs quickly for analysis by Red Hat Support.
