Installation failed on IA64 server with the burned dvd in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
Issue
At the early phase of the boot with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 installation, the following error was output.
<4> Unable to identify CD-ROM format
<4> VFS: Can't find ext2 filesystem on dev loop
<4> Unable to identify CD-ROM format
