Error while adding a mod_cluster proxy

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • We are trying to add a proxy and seeing the below error:
[domain@host:25004 /] /profile=PROFILE/subsystem=modcluster/proxy=modproxy:write-attribute(name=proxies,value=[PROXY])
{
    "outcome" => "failed",
    "failure-description" => {"domain-failure-description" => "WFLYCTL0399: The capability 'org.wildfly.network.outbound-socket-binding.PROXY' required by capability 'org.wildfly.mod_cluster.service.modproxy' in context 'profile=PROFILE' is available in one
 or more socket binding groups, but not all socket binding capabilities required by 'profile=PROFILE' can be resolved from a
single socket binding group, so this configuration is invalid"},
    "rolled-back" => true
}
