How to override parameters when building images in OCP 3

Issue

• When the image is building, its mounting with proxy config and its redirectioning in the traffic, so it is required to configure the next parameters:

openshift_builddefaults_http_proxy=False  
openshift_builddefaults_https_proxy=False
openshift_builddefaults_no_proxy=False
