How to add custom ceph caps through Director when adding new ceph pools to OpenStack
Issue
When adding extra ceph pools to be used in OpenStack 10 [1], you may manually modify ceph caps so they can be used.
Unfortunately those will be removed with the default in subsequent stack update.
