Node is not able to register to the cluster in OpenShift 3.11
Issue
- New node scaled up is not registered in the cluster.
- After running scale up playbook, playbook fails and the node is not listed in "oc get nodes".
- Node is showing error - "Unable to register node "node1.example.com" with API server: nodes "node1.example.com" is forbidden: node "node1" cannot modify node "node1.example.com"
