The docker is pulling images from docker.io and not from registry.redhat.io
Issue
When deploying application, the image is pulled from docker.io and not from registry.redhat.io.
Images required for control plane or additional openshift component like "openshift/ose-deployer" is being pulled incorrectly from docker.io and not registry.redhat.io.
