openshift-logging install fails Creating ES storage template - static

Issue

When running cluster deploy playbook with logging setup it failes with the following message:

$ sudo ansible-playbook -i inventory /usr/share/ansible/openshift-ansible/playbooks/deploy_cluster.yml
