RHEV: VdcDBUpgrade()Exception ERROR was returned from oIISUtils.CheckAndUpdate failed Installer has encountered unrecoverable errors when upgrading the RHEVM database

Issue

• We are trying to upgrade RHEVM to 2.2.0.51796 on Windows Server 2003R2 SP2. During the upgrade we get a popup window with this error message:

"Installer has encountered unrecoverable errors when upgrading the RHEVM database. Installation will continue but you must contact Red Hat Support."

• In the RHEVManager\InstallLogs\##########Install.RHEVM.log we found this row in connection to this:
