Third party Apache httpd module cannot find libssl.so.0.9.8

Issue

We use a third-party module for http, which fails because of missing libraries

>ldd dispatcher-apache2.2-4.1.5.so
        linux-vdso.so.1 =>  (0x00007fff9c9ff000)
        libssl.so.0.9.8 => not found
        libcrypto.so.0.9.8 => not found
        libc.so.6 => /lib64/libc.so.6 (0x00007ffb11130000)
        /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x0000003aa8e00000)
