Issue

We have dual head configuration with spanning desktop across two monitors.
gdm login screen is displayed on correct primary monitor set in Xorg configuration.
After login to kde session, plasma-desktop loads on another monitor.
Primary monitor set by Xorg is not honored by plasma-desktop
Seems KDE uses its own algorithm to decide primary monitor in the setup irrespective of the settings offered by Xorg.
KDE panel is not displayed on primary monitor.
