How do I prevent the 'Desktop Effects' dialogue from being displayed on KDE4 in RHEL 6?
Issue
Is it possible to prevent the Desktop Effects dialogue from being displayed within the System Settings -> Desktop menu, for all KDE 4 sessions on a RHEL 6 system?
