[Satellite 5] Client registration failing with long int exceeds XML-RPC limits error

Issue

  • Client fails to register in Satellite 5.x with the below error:
raise OverflowError, "long int exceeds XML-RPC limits"
<type 'exceptions.OverflowError'>: long int exceeds XML-RPC limits
  • Client fails to register in Satellite when trying to update package profile
  • rhn-profile-sync fails during package profile update with below error:
D: local action status: (20, 'Error refreshing package list', {})
