In RHEL 6.4, the NetworkManager Applet cannot handle leading and trailing spaces in the APN connect string.
Issue
- The NetworkManager Applet cannot handle leading and trailing spaces in the APN connect string.
- You cannot connect if the APN string in the GUI has a space at the beginning or end.
- Can we "trim" the APN string to remove trailing and leading spaces?
- NetworkManager will not connect if the APN string contains a space.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.4
- NetworkManager Applet
