qpid broker creates provisioning&data backups in a loop
Issue
After a generic error/problem (like power off, brokers shutdown due to a bug,..), qpidd processes are being automatically restarted by rgmanager over and over, filling up filesystem with directories like _cluster.bak.0001. How to prevent the directories to be created? And how to restore the service?
