dracut-initqueue [xxx]: Warning: Could not boot.
dracut-initqueue [xxx]: Warning: /dev/disk/by-uuid/UUID does not exist

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • kexec-tools-2.0.14-17
  • Root filesystem entry /etc/fstab using UUID
