Virtual Machines get corrupted after failed Live Storage Migration
Issue
- Virtual Machines paused with 'paused due to unknown storage error.'
- After a moving a disk to another Storage Domains failed, some other VMs paused and look corrupted.
After pausing, Virtual Machines fail to start with 'Image is not in qcow2 format'.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.x
- Block Storage (FibreChannel or iSCSI)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
