rg_test reports 'basename: missing operand' error message when managing oracledb resources in a RHEL 6 High Availability cluster with rgmanager

resource-agents
package to version3.9.2-21.el6_4.3.x86_64
rg_test
command reports the following error message while starting Oracle database resource. Despite of following errors, the Oracle database is started successfully:$ rg_test test /etc/cluster/cluster.conf start service "service1" Running in test mode.
