Error when open doc/xls on Content Explorer in Site Publisher/EPP 5.1

Issue

After i upload .doc and .xls file on Content Explorer in Site Publisher 2.1.2 (on EPP5.1/WindowXP), i can not click open the file and found error on the web page

"This content is not viewable. Please download it or use WebDAV to access the content"

but PDF file can open without problem.

so need you help to fix or suggest me to solve this problem.
