Issue

httpd going into D state and then eventually being killed. During the investigation we saw that the hung_task_timeout processes had 'nfs' in their stack trace.
Kernel crashed with RIP: nfs_have_delegation and nfs4_handle_exception in the call trace

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4.z
- Kernels including 2.6.32-358.9.1.el6 up to and including 2.6.32-358.22.1.el6
NFS4 client with delegations enabled on the NFS server
