Clustered service with nfsexport or nfsserver but without nfsclient cannot be stopped despite having force_unmount set in RHEL 6
Issue
fsresource in cluster service withnfsexportfails to stop- Despite having
fource_unmountset to 1 a filesystem cannot be unmounted to allow a service to fail over.

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the High Availability Add On
- Cluster service in
/etc/cluster/cluster.conf:- Contains
fsorclusterfsresource - Contains
nfsexportornfsserver - No
nfsclientresource - Entry for this file system in
/etc/exports - If any of the above does not match this environment, see this solution
