virt-v2v fails when converting a XEN Oracle Enterprise Linux VM to OpenStack

We're trying to run
virt-v2von a RHEL 6.10 instance hosted on XEN and the converstion process fails. -
We expect it to be successfully imported in OpenStack
Environment
- Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10.0 (RHOSP)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.10 (RHEL)
- Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.10 (OEL)
