How to configure endpoint for HotRod for RHDG service in OpenShift

- The performance for RHDG inside of an OpenShift container is worse and not what we expect if HotRod clients are used
- How an external client can connect a RHDG cluster inside of OpenShift

- Red Hat Data Grid (RHDG)
- 7.x image templates (until DataGrid 7.2)
- 7.3 "Red Hat DataGrid Service" and "Red Hat Cache Service" images
- OpenShift
